Heute war im Gym nicht viel los, denn Samstags macht es hier richtig früh (16.00h) schon zu, was ich schade finde. Wir sind trotzdem hin und haben trainiert für 1,5 Stunden. Erst 15 Minuten auf der Treadmill zum Aufwärmen, dann Rücken und Bauch. War ein echt gutes Training heute, trotz Handgelenkverletzung (immernoch :( ).

The day went by so quickly and I didn't really get done anything for my studies (wonder what I actually did then today?)...however, tomorrow there's another day and I'll have to get done something. At least we went out to work out for approximately 1.5 hours. Firstly I did some cardio for warming up, followed by lower back and abs exercises! For lunch we had some selfmade chilli with rice, which I love so much since I've become vegan! To stay awake and fresh while working I like making some juice or some other special drinks like water with frozen fruits!
Tonight there are no big plans but relaxing with some new episodes on the TV and maybe writing some more!
