Just came back from a great workout about 45 mins ago! I did only 15 mins cardio to warm up and then I worked the hell out of my legs!
3 x 12 legcurl
3 x 12 leg extension (burn- out set) --> love it! read about burn-out sets here
3 x 12 glute machine
3 x 12 squats (with a barbell)
3 x 20 calves
It was great and I say this because for me a leg workout is great when I can't walk properly after it :-D
And I also don't care what I look like while doing the actual exercise, I guess I'm making funny faces...but we have a lot of girls who mostly seem to care about what they look like during their gym session which is funny, too!
However, it was goody good and now I'm sitting here with a yummy coffee!
Right after the workout we went to a grocery to buy supplies for tonight! I bought a lot of veggies 'cause I wanted to make juice as an after workout drink (:
1 kg carottes
2 small apples
1 bigger piece of ginger
What really motivated me today was reading a lot on Vegan Strength, a German board made by vegan athletes and weight lifters! On this board you can find anything about vegan nutrition in the context of fitness, which is really really great. It's like a usual fitness board but all users are vegan! I could read in it for days I guess and just soak up all the information I can get from it It helps me a lot, you should really check it out :-)

Tonight I might go out dancing with my friend V but for now I'll have to work a bit more on our project! We're almost done with it, that's sooo great because now the sunny weather's coming (:
